i've just been handed my income tax form by my capable HR manager. i don't get the concept of this tax thingy..errr.. did i just make tax thingy sound like a dirty word??
just because you're earning supposedly lots of money (how the govt considers $22K per annum a lot of money in the first place baffles me still) they think i can afford to get more of my money squeezed for them. WTF. as it is, there's only so much i can spend on. spend on what ah? ohh.. bills. i simply love loathe those bills.
have you ever wondered about those people (i think they are called accountants/billers??? or something to that effect) who hand out the bills.. do they clap their hands and smile in contempt when they send the bills to you? when they calculate your amount owed, do they smirk at your bill? do they enjoy printing out those invoices? do they get an "employee of the month" title when they process lots & lots of bills? hmm... anyway, back to the income tax.
i've got to fill out some paper shit send by govt and let them decide whether they should be getting more money from me since i am well paid. how smart. i don't mind if you impose these tax on citizens but not all citizens can afford to sustain themselves. look, i even have to bring my bungkus packed lunch from home. doesn't that just melt your heart?? ok wait, am gonna to cry.. hand me that tissue. ohhh nooo.. i left my tissue at
