i miss my friends yesterday, today and tomorrow too. working non-stop since last week is taking its toll on me and those around me. i wasn't even THIS hardworking when i did my O levels.. talking about O levels, i've been noticing lots of TVC luring public to take up teaching. of all the govt agencies, MOE seems to have loads of cash care for our future generation. adverts everywhere.. how big is your classroom? if i was a teacher, i think my classroom will be a war zone and i'll be the one losing. no kidding. after 3 months of hosting school kids at the centre, it reaffirms my desires to teach, NOT. after listening to sad, dreadful & horrible undesirable stories by 'cher (that's what kids call teacher nowadays) friends, i reckon am too young to ever need a syringe. so, it's ok.. the money may be good but i ain't gonna lose my mind over work. kids can be a real pain in the ass.
i've been holding back a lot of my emotions these days. partly because am such an idiotic understanding brat and partly because i know i have to. give and take i guess... just a few more weeks and that's it.
this issue abt the casino, oops, i meant INTEGRATED RESORT, has yet to be discussed fully by the malay papers, leaders, organisation and everything that's malay.. i suppose the issue is a sensitive one compared to ones like why the APM was held during muharram or the weekly updates on bollywood actors who are by the way, 7 hours away from singapore and prolly has no idea who we are. i totally believe that the malay leaders have been brainwashed cos all of them seem to be nonchalant about it. either that or they're just spineless men and woman, don't forget who can't think on their own and have no opinions about it. how does one enter politics, yah? oh, kiss ass. fastest way in here. and because the community is very forgiving of their own leaders, they will not question the authority about why some people who seem to be doing nothing is promoted and others who DO work stays the same. look at where our one PS for two ministries is right now? cannot say name. sensitip. i don't even hear his name in the papers anymore. but coming back to the issue, i think the casino is a good idea! what's not good about it is the way the whole thing is being mishandled..
