it's been 2 weeks or so? i kept remembering his wonderful wedding which went splendidly @ ermm.. tampines. heheh... realised how close i am to ours. not just because i am horny in this new phase of life that's eager to try something new, i just wonder how great it'll be to have someone to go home to after work. things are getting better by the day and my worries abt stuff (happened some time ago) are slowly disappearing. it's always better to trash it out, i guess. and of course, him being able to drive me around is a bonus! there's something "manly" in a man who can drive a woman around. i find it..ermm.. a turn on? hah. am not THAT materialistic lah.. if i am, i would have snagged an ang-mo or someTHING like that. ok. whatever.
what would you do/say if someone offers to paint a potrait of you? i said yippee! that-is-wicked! why? that'll be an honour. and you're not just talking about some chee-ko-pek artist on the streets. you're talking about a reputable local artist who has done shows locally, in japan (the place for arts in asia), europe and states. am so excited about it, am already thinking about how i shall be the next mona lisa. hahaha.. these are some perks of my job which i really love and i shall miss it when i leave. meeting all sorts of people, not the nasty ones though, students who appreciated what you did for them, interacting with visitors... the most memorable so far for me is the opportunity to talk to mahbubani just last week! after talking to him, it's so difficult to imagine him to be someone who warranted himself those allegations. such a nice, humble man. never in my wildest dream will i ever think about meeting these people... and i did, with a touch of luck. right time and right place. it's getting nearer by the day, i can't help but jump up in joy at the prospect of me starting all over again
i have yet to start thinking seriously about the trip to perth. not packed, not written, not bought, not everything... i hope to make this trip as memorable as it can be. so far, i've never had a bad time on any of my holidays. so i don't suppose perth will be negative in any way. it's only right! so sweet of him to buy for me a jacket and a pair of colourful gloves! am just gonna chill and go with the flow in perth. after all, it's a holiday. we should all have a good time. meow! meow! heheheheh...
