i have to say that all kings and queens must have been stupid or something last time. and i thought it happened to malay kings only. but noooo... king arthur must have been really dumb or his aides were damn good liars. it's a phenomenan, i guess. i was very well entertained by the play on sat. which was definitely a surprise cos it was bangsawan. the last time i watched a bangsawan was... errm... last year? oh wait. maybe it was the year b4... maybe... off, can't remember. it just wasn't memorable enough. last sat's performance must be a good step. right? am not so sure though. the reason that held the play together, i felt, was the story-line. it wasn't an original piece, unfortunately. of course, the back-drop was worth mentioning. acting-wise... not so sure. i thought king arthur was a let down, literally. maybe it's doom right from the beginnning. how many cute actors out there are good actors? yeah, he was kinda cute. like gay cute... but acting? he was just.. ermmm... gay? oh well.. i had a free ticket. can't complain much.
i've been hooked on mawi. oh mawi mawi mawi. you are my...errmm.. sawi? such a star in the making. definitely not JB looking and hundred times better than taufik. oh gosh... did i just say that? anyway, hopefully they'll respond to my email. quite excited to see him in person.
am actually fine-tuning my wedding preps at this moment... the thing that's left is to buy kain and make the baju and to book the venue. i can't believe that weddings can be as simple as this. i've learned to let go of some things and surprisingly, it has made me a lil bit more mature about things. i can't thank my parents enough for thinking and cleaning up the house.. yes.. they have started the boy who's been really patient all this while. we'll be going for the course over the next 2 weekends and i hope i won't gtet bored. there's been some stories of people breaking up after going through the course. i say, might as well. since you know of all the "impending dangers" of marriage, get out early if you want to. i don't see anything wrong with that. appearantly, a catholic church has been taking the same steps like MUIS due to the rising divorce rates among their own people. their first advice, "if you find that you can't go through the wedding after the course, please breakup over the weekends and get over it." wow... very good advice. but the boy has been warning me, though. "we're here to get married. not get off marriage." hmmm.. i know. :)
my new hair! got it done last week. just so that i can grow my hair longer in a more civilised manner.
